  • Water based system
  • Can be used by dip-spin or spray
  • Coatings cured at 320°C
  • Can give over 1000 hours SST
  • Use of special machines for dip-spin method

Zinc Flake Top Coat

GEOCOTE S TOP, GEOCOTE BLACK MW, GEOCOTE LUB, GEOCOTE CTL
  • Water based system
  • Can be used by dip-spin or spray
  • Coatings cured at 200°C to 220°C
  • Can further improve the SST
  • Can be applied on zinc fake base coat, zinc plated parts

PTFE Coating

GEOCOTE BLACK AF, GEOCOTE BLUE AF
  • Water based system
  • Can be used by spray
  • Coatings cured at 230°C
  • Thickness 15 -25 microns
  • Good acid & alkali resistance
